現代アメリカの強制収容所 (Gendai Amerika no kyōsei shūyōjo)

 Global Detention Projectによると、アメリカ合衆国は世界最大の移民収容システムを有しています。現在、ICE（移民・関税執行局）は、200以上の収容施設（民営化された施設を含む）、州および地方の刑務所、少年拘置所、シェルターなどで移民を収容しています。移民は、不法入国した場合、亡命申請を受理された際（および仮釈放によりアメリカに入国する前）、移民手続き中、強制送還される過程で、または強制収容が必要とされる場合に収容されることがあります。2023会計年度には、273,220人がICEの拘留施設に収容されました。2023会計年度末時点で、ICEによって収容されている非市民の平均日々人数は28,289人でしたが、同会計年度末には36,845人の非市民が収容されていました。

ICEサービス処理センター（SPC）は、アメリカ合衆国移民・関税執行局（ICE）が運営する施設で、移民手続き中または送還前に非市民を収容するためのものです。これらのセンターはアメリカ全土に存在します。
